What are the delivery options available?

Orders will be sent out via our appointed courier service provider at a flat rate of RM8.

Complimentary delivery for orders above RM200.

A delivery lead time of 3-5 working days is required for orders within West Malaysia.

We are unable to provide deliveries to East Malaysia and Internationally for the time being on our website. However, we will be glad to assist you on your orders via the following channels.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Feel free to contact us with your order details and we will find the best solution to attend to your matter.

Refund / Exchange

There is no refund/exchange except under the following conditions.

• Wrong products have been sent
• Products were damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 3 working days upon receiving of goods and we will work out a fair solution.

Can you explain more about your privacy policy?

Your information is used only to process your order and will not be shared with others. You will not be contacted for promotions or announcements unless you sign up for our mailing list.

Can you assist in recommending suitable books / toys for my child?

Where are your books and toys from?

For books, we work closely with the publishers or their appointed distributors.
